Orders are processed within 3-5 Business Days after payment is received. Processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Processing times may be longer during sales, launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase. Passion Crown Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once tracking confirms that a package has been delivered, Passion Crown Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbors, your delivery area, or the shipping carrier.
